Dressing Space Boutique gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged merchandise purchased in store or online that shipped to a U.S. address for a store credit (Dressing Space Gift Card) within 7 days from the date your purchase. Items can be returned for STORE CREDIT with the copy of the original receipt and with tags attached.

Exchanges

Due to our limited quantities and high demand for our products, we can offer exchanges if the item is still is stock and we have the size needed. If the item is no longer available you will be given a (Dressing Space Gift Card)

Store Credit will be processed for a Dressing Space Gift Card ONLY. We recommend purchasing the desired item's correct size and then shipping back the returned product to not miss out on the item.

Defective Items

If you have received a defective item, please contact customer care within 3 DAYS to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within three days of receiving the item, it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. You must include a photo of the damage/defect with your email. We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling, or incorrect sizing.

Exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions.

Clothing patterns may also vary.

These situations do not qualify as defects, and the buyer will pay return shipping if a return to our store is attempted.

Shipping

Orders ship within 1 business day after your order is placed.

We are not responsible for packages once they have left our store for shipping.

If you are local and would like to pick up your order please select the pickup option at checkout. This does not charge you for shipping.

We will select your items in our store and have your bag ready within 1 hour to pick up. You will receive email notification through the processing and when your order is ready. If you don't want to come in, you can call us when you arrive and a Boutique Associate will bring your purchase to you.
